Sauteed Squid, Corn with Shrimp, Spinach Egg Salad

A homemade Filipino dinner from start to finish. Starting out with Ensaladang Kangkong (Filipino Spinach and Egg Salad} topped with a vinegar and sauteed shrimp paste sauce. For the main-course Guisadong Pusit (Sauteed Squid) with a side of Guisadong Mais (Sauteed Corn and Shrimp) and steamed white rice. For dessert mouthwatering Ginataang Bilo-bilo (Sweet Coconut Milk Delight).
