Grilled Steak Taco



Grilled steak cut beautifully into thin strips placed into a warm lightly toasted tortilla and topped with fresh cut cilantro tossed with cleanly cut roma tomatoes for a bit freshness to a classic Mexican dish finished off with homemade guacamole. The queso crema was added at the table to add a slightly sweet and creamy texture to compliment the tang of the steak.
